Direct Care Staff work directly with the residents to manage the day-to-day operations of the home, They plan and prepare meals, clean the house, supervise recreation and outings along with many other responsibilities.

Independent and Family Therapeutic Counseling Services are provided by an independent licensed therapist, Kim Barnes, BSW, MSW, LCSW, who comes to the home twice a week.
Parental/family phone calls and family visitation may be arranged with the approval of the Children's Division Team.
WCCH works with local medical, dental, and vision providers as needed.
Residents attend public school.
